Michal Negrin's designs are crafted meticulously by hand from the finest materials and component.

Currently there are about 200 employees: 40 in management, creative and marketing and 160 in production.

Each of the company's 160 artisans is carefully and personally selected and trained by Michal Negrin in the delicate process of mounting and hand painting the jewelry

and decorative items.

The high quality raw materials are carefully selected and include crystals, imported lace and vintage photographs in addition to components created by Michal herself.

All of the design and production of all off Michal's articles takes place in the plant out side of Tel Aviv. In the 30,000 sq feet premises there are different department which are able to provide all that is necessary to create Michal's designs: Graphic department, fashion design department, fabric printing department, casting department, ceramic department, production department and a show room which exhibits the various collections and the development of the company.
